- Simple right-click to create work order from assets

Besides preventative maintenance schedules, manufacturer specifications and metrics can be monitored, tracked and trend over time. This provides greater visibility and insights on Asset performance and enables better decisions on frequency of PM schedules or Asset disposal.
- Option to incorporate conditional monitoring (intelligent maintenance) instead of regular preventive maintenance schedules
